Nordic Yoga Spirit Festival

As part of the Winter Yoga Festival in Eckernförde, Naresh is a guest teacher on Saturday 24.01.26 from 3:45–5:15pm with an Emotional Release workshop – an intense, body- and feeling-oriented space in which held emotions are released through movement, voice and somatic impulses.

The Nordic Yogaspirit Winter Yoga Festival offers a varied weekend of yoga and community with workshops, ecstatic dance, cacao ceremonies and more – just the right space to experience warmth, connection and movement in winter.
