Terms & Conditions – Naresh Moves

(Provider: Engel & Längst GbR)

1. Services offered

Naresh Moves, operated by Engel & Längst GbR, offers courses and open classes for men and women, further group training sessions and events such as workshops, retreats and 1:1 sessions.

The courses are listed in the course calendar or in the course description on the website.

2. Registration / cancellation / refund of fees

The course fee becomes due upon written registration for a course. Registration is only binding once payment has been made; without payment there is no valid registration.

Binding performance dates and deadlines must be agreed in writing.
For cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course or seminar no fees are charged.
In the event of later cancellation or non-attendance, the full course or seminar fee is payable.

No (pro rata) refund of the course fee is made for course days not attended.
Withdrawal is only possible for health reasons and must be supported by a medical certificate. In this case, a pro rata refund of a maximum of 70% of the total course fee is made.

Individual appointments or events paid in cash on site that are not cancelled at least 24 hours before the start must be paid in full.

2.1 Retreat registration

2.1 By registering for a trip, you make a binding offer to conclude a travel contract. Registration can be made in writing, by phone or by email. The contract is only concluded upon written confirmation by Engel & Längst GbR.

2.2 If the travel confirmation differs from the registration, this will be expressly pointed out. The new offer is binding for 10 days and is deemed accepted unless it is revoked within this period.

3. Payment

Payment for seminars, workshops, retreats and closed courses is made by bank transfer or online payment. Open classes are charged via single or 10-class cards.

A payment is only deemed to have been made when Engel & Längst GbR can freely dispose of the amount.
10-class cards have no expiry date. Current prices can be found on the website.

3.1 Use of 10-class cards

One unit is deducted per attendance. 10-class cards are valid for all open classes on the current timetable, are transferable and – unless excluded – can be used by several people.

4. Course leaders

If a course cannot take place for unforeseeable reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure), a replacement may be provided or the date cancelled. Replacement dates will be announced.

There are no claims for compensation if individual classes or courses are cancelled. Liability for loss of travel, accommodation or earnings is excluded.

5. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Engel & Längst GbR is not liable for personal injury, property damage or financial loss, except in cases of mandatory statutory liability.

No liability is accepted for items brought along.
Participants indemnify Engel & Längst GbR as well as its employees and course leaders against liability claims.

6. Data protection & confidentiality

Personal data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
The provisions of the GDPR and national data protection laws apply.

All confidential information must be kept secret by both contracting parties. Publications naming individuals are only made with prior consent.

7. Final provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction – insofar as legally permissible – is the registered office of Engel & Längst GbR.
