What to expect in the
6 weeks?

The daily yoga sessions support your joints so that you can move more easily and comfortably.

You will begin to sit taller, catching the attention of friends and colleagues with your newfound agility.

Pure energy, conscious breathing and muscle relaxation have an enormous effect on your energy levels.

Your mood doesn’t just happen to you – it happens for you. Over the coming 6 weeks you’ll learn to create more space for your feelings by observing your inner world.

What to expect

How the course works

Your daily practice is based on Iyengar yoga, which is characterised by slow movements and long-held postures.
Slow execution, props such as yoga blocks and a strap, and precise instructions give you enough time to learn the postures “correctly”.

The influence of your emotions is also taken into account, so that you learn to listen to your body.
It’s a gentle combination of breath, movement and mindfulness.

A thoughtfully designed movement practice for beginners and advanced yogis, in which every session builds on the one before.
And the best part: I’ll be with you – every day.

Let your practice be a celebration of life, not a performance.

„The morning routine is the reason why I get out of bed without a second thought. I feel less tired and have more energy.“ – Sambodhi

„I find it fascinating, that after 10 minutes, I feel fresh in my mind and perfectly prepared for the day.“ – Martin

„I did yoga for many years, but with Naresh I found the happiness & joy back. It seems very easy but it’s going really deep. It makes me happy.“ – Bhavani

„Every day after I do it I feel energized, awake, natural in my body. And that it’s live makes a huge difference.“ – Jayesh

FAQs

The lessons build on each other step by step. We start right at the beginning, and throughout the course I always offer enough alternatives so that every student finds their flow.

That’s entirely up to you. Most participants have their camera on, as it has the advantage that I can see you and offer corrections.

Thanks to the recorded session, you can practise independently and fit your practice into your day in your own way.

Recordings let you practise on your own. A weekly Q&A makes sure we all stay on track.

It will be challenging, especially in the first few weeks. Your old habits will tempt you to give up and fall back into old patterns. Still, you can try it for a week and feel the power of a community. If you still don’t like it after that, you’ll get your money back.

You won’t need any equipment at first. After the first two weeks, we’ll work with two blocks and a yoga strap.
